01 · The Problem

Creator marketing in MENA costs too much, takes too long, and delivers too little certainty.

If you've run influencer campaigns in the Arab world, you've dealt with at least one of these:

  • 01You briefed an agency and paid 20–30% of your budget before a single piece of content was created.
  • 02You DM'd 15 creators, got 4 replies, negotiated for two weeks, and ended up with two who actually delivered.
  • 03A creator posted the content, you paid the invoice, and it performed well — but you had no contract, no guarantee, and it could have gone either way.
  • 04You had no idea what the right rate was for a creator in your category, so you either overpaid or undersold yourself in the negotiation.
  • 05A campaign went live on the wrong date because the brief was miscommunicated over WhatsApp.
  • 06You want to work with Arabic-speaking creators in KSA but you're based in Egypt and don't know where to start.
  • 07You needed a creator for a Ramadan campaign and only started looking two weeks before — by which time every creator worth working with was already booked.
The state of MENA today
The tools that exist are either Western platforms with no MENA presence, or agencies that add cost and opacity without adding value. The region has been running on WhatsApp negotiations and handshake agreements.
Rawshi ends all of this.
02 · The Solution

The first self-serve creator ad marketplace built natively for MENA.

Rawshi is a two-sided marketplace connecting brands and businesses with verified Arabic-speaking content creators across the region. The entire process — discovery, briefing, payment, delivery, and approval — happens on the platform. No intermediaries. No side channels.

01

Browse creators with full transparency.

Open the Rawshi marketplace and filter by exactly what you need — niche, platform, country, follower tier, engagement rate, language, and budget. Every creator's rates are listed publicly on their profile. You know what an Instagram Reel costs before you reach out. There is no 'it depends on the brand.'

02

Submit your brief and pay securely.

Select the package you want, fill out a structured campaign brief, and pay through the platform. Your payment is held in Rawshi's secure escrow — it doesn't reach the creator until they deliver. You're protected from day one.

03

The creator delivers within the agreed window.

Once you book, the creator receives your brief and a delivery countdown begins. They deliver the content through the platform. You review it. If it meets your brief, you confirm and the escrow releases. If it doesn't, you can request a revision or raise a dispute.

04

Confirm, and you're done.

Approve the delivery. Funds release to the creator. Your content is live. The entire process leaves a record — brief, delivery, approval, payment — all documented in your campaign dashboard.

What this replaces
Agency fees (20–30% of budget), WhatsApp negotiations, informal agreements, email invoice chasing, and the uncertainty of working with creators you found through a referral. All of it replaced by a single platform that handles the full workflow end to end.
03 · Who Uses Rawshi

Built for every business that needs Arabic-speaking creators — regardless of size or category.

Rawshi is not built for enterprise brands with six-figure influencer budgets and dedicated agency relationships. It's built for the businesses that have always needed a better way:

D2C brands & e-commerce sellers

Fashion, beauty, food, home goods, supplements, electronics accessories — if you sell directly to MENA consumers and need content that converts, Rawshi connects you with creators whose audiences match your customer profile.

Startups & scale-ups

You have a product that needs awareness but you can't afford a retainer agency. Rawshi lets you allocate budget directly to creators, see the exact cost before committing, and book only what you need. A startup can run its first influencer campaign on Rawshi for a few hundred dollars.

App developers & SaaS

Tech creators on TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn in the Arab world are an underused channel for app installs, trial signups, and B2B awareness. Rawshi has a dedicated Tech creator category across all markets.

Event organizers & entertainment

Rawshi creators span lifestyle, music, entertainment, and culture. Promoting a concert, festival, exhibition, or launch event in Cairo, Riyadh, Dubai, or anywhere in the region — Rawshi has creators in those cities with audiences who are there.

Real estate developers

Property launches in the Gulf and North Africa are increasingly driven by creator-led content. Rawshi has creators in the Business and Lifestyle categories who specialize in aspirational content for high-value purchases.

Government & tourism boards

Saudi Vision 2030, UAE tourism campaigns, Egyptian cultural initiatives — government-backed marketing increasingly relies on creator content to reach Arabic-speaking audiences authentically. Rawshi's verification and escrow systems make it appropriate for institutional buyers.

Marketing & media agencies

If you run campaigns on behalf of clients, Rawshi's Business tier gives your team multi-seat access, bulk booking tools, and a campaign dashboard that makes it easy to manage multiple creators across multiple clients simultaneously.

04 · The Marketplace

Verified MENA creators. Filtered by everything that matters to your campaign.

The Rawshi marketplace is where your campaign starts. Here's how filtering works:

Category / Niche

25 content categories — Photography, Lifestyle, Fashion, Beauty, Food, Tech, Gaming, Education, Fitness, Travel, Music, Sports, Parenting, Business, Entertainment, Art, Comedy, Finance, Health, Automotive, Real Estate, Pets, Sustainability, Culture, and more.

Platform

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Podcast, Facebook, Threads. Filter to see only creators active on the platforms your campaign requires.

Market

All 17 active MENA markets. Target creators whose primary audience is in your target market, not just creators based there.

Audience Size

Nano (1K–10K), Micro (10K–100K), Mid (100K–500K), Macro (500K–1M), Mega (1M+). Mix tiers — a Micro creator with 5% engagement often outperforms a Macro with 1%.

Budget Range

Set a minimum and maximum package price. Only creators with at least one active package within your range appear. No surprise quotes after you've done your research.

Language

Arabic, English, French, Arabic + English, Arabic + French. Target bilingual creators for campaigns that need to bridge audiences.

Rawshi Score

AI-generated 0–100 across 8 dimensions: authenticity, engagement quality, content consistency, audience relevance, delivery reliability, profile completeness, brand safety, and growth potential. Filter by tier — Elite (85+), Strong (70+), Good (55+).

Shortlisting
Save creators to named shortlists as you browse — 'Ramadan 2026 Campaign,' 'KSA Beauty Launch,' 'Tech App Awareness.' Compare creators side by side before booking. Business accounts can share shortlists with team members.
05 · AI-Powered Matching

Don't know which creators you need? Paste your website and let the AI decide.

Not every brand knows which creator categories to target. Rawshi's AI matching engine eliminates the guesswork.

1
Paste your website URL

Rawshi's AI reads your website, analyzes your brand, identifies your industry, infers your target audience, and determines which content categories and creator profiles are the strongest match.

2
Review your brand analysis

The system shows you what it understood about your business: industry, target audience, brand personality, recommended content types, and target markets.

3
See your top 8 matched creators

Ranked by match score with specific reasoning for each: why this creator's audience aligns with your brand, what their key strengths are for your category, and what makes them a strong or developing fit.

4
Apply optional refinements

Before running the match, optionally filter by market, minimum follower count, and maximum budget per post. The AI respects these constraints while still returning the best possible matches within them.

5
Save all matches to a shortlist

One click saves all 8 matched creators to a new shortlist named after your business and the date. Book any of them directly from the results.

Who this is designed for
A D2C skincare brand that has never run an influencer campaign and doesn't know whether to target Beauty, Lifestyle, or Wellness creators. A B2B SaaS company that wants to reach Arab decision-makers on LinkedIn but doesn't know which tech creators to approach. A restaurant group that wants regional food creators across Egypt and UAE but doesn't know who the right people are. Paste your URL. The AI handles the research.
06 · How Booking Works

From discovery to delivered content — in four steps.

Step 1

Select a package

Every creator lists their services as bookable packages. Each package specifies the content type (Reel, Story, TikTok Video, YouTube Integration, etc.), the content duration, the delivery window, the number of revisions included, and the rate. You see all of this before you commit to anything.

Step 2

Submit your brief

A structured campaign brief form ensures the creator has everything they need before starting. The brief covers: campaign objective, key message, required platforms, dos and don'ts, reference content links, brand asset uploads, and your preferred delivery date.

Step 3

Pay securely

Pay the creator's listed package rate — that's it. There's no fee added at checkout. Rawshi's 8% comes out of the creator's side, so what you see on their profile is exactly what you pay. Your payment is held in escrow immediately, and the creator's delivery countdown begins when they accept the brief.

Step 4

Review and approve

When the creator submits their delivery, you receive a notification. You have 48 hours to review the content and either approve it, request a revision, or open a dispute. If you take no action within 48 hours, the escrow auto-releases — this is by design to protect creators who deliver on time.

Revision requests
Each package specifies a revision count — set by the creator. If the delivered content needs changes, request a revision with specific notes. The creator resubmits within the remaining delivery window. If the package includes one revision and you need a second, that can be negotiated as a separate arrangement outside the platform — the first revision is guaranteed.
07 · Payment Protection

Your money is protected from the moment you book to the moment you approve.

The escrow system is the single most important trust mechanism on the platform. Here's exactly how it protects you:

You never pay and hope.

In traditional creator deals, you pay upfront — or worse, you pay on delivery which means the creator is the one taking the risk. On Rawshi, your payment is locked the moment you book. Neither party is operating on faith.

The creator can't receive payment before delivering.

Escrow means the funds are held by Rawshi — not by you, not by the creator. They release only on your approval. This structural protection eliminates the most common failure mode of creator campaigns: paying for content you never received.

You have 48 hours to review every delivery.

When a creator submits their content, your 48-hour review window begins. Review at your own pace within that window. If the content meets your brief, approve. If it doesn't, request a revision or raise a dispute.

Disputes are mediated by Rawshi.

Open a dispute through the platform. Both parties submit evidence. Rawshi's team reviews and issues a binding ruling within 5 business days. If the ruling is in your favour, you receive a full refund. There is no grey area and no informal negotiation — the ruling is final.

Auto-release protects the creator — and gives you a deadline.

If you take no action within 48 hours of delivery, the escrow auto-releases to the creator. This is intentional — it prevents businesses from indefinitely withholding payment from creators who delivered.

08 · Vetting Creators

Every creator has a Rawshi Score. Know who you're booking before you book.

Creator vetting is one of the most time-consuming parts of running influencer campaigns. On Rawshi, the vetting is done for you — built into every creator profile as the Rawshi Score.

01

Authenticity

Does the follower count match the engagement pattern? Statistical analysis detects anomalies that indicate artificial growth.

02

Engagement Quality

How does the creator's engagement rate compare to MENA benchmarks for their follower tier and platform? A Micro creator with 6% engagement is outperforming their category.

03

Content Consistency

Are their stated niches, bio, and platform activity all telling the same story? Consistent creators attract the audiences they claim to have.

04

Audience Relevance

How well does their actual content and audience match their stated category? A 'Fashion' creator whose content is actually travel-focused scores lower.

05

Delivery Reliability

Their Rawshi track record — on-time delivery rate, revision rate, cancellation rate. Experienced creators with strong track records score high.

06

Profile Completeness

Avatar, bilingual bio, intro video, sample content, all platforms connected, packages detailed — completeness is a proxy for professionalism.

07

Brand Safety

Does the creator's content category create risk for mainstream advertisers? Lifestyle, fashion, beauty, food, fitness, and tech are high-scoring.

08

Growth Potential

Is this creator in a growing niche? Are they expanding across platforms? Booking a creator on the way up gives your campaign a momentum signal.

For brand safety-sensitive campaigns (healthcare, financial services, government), filter for Elite and Strong creators with high Brand Safety sub-scores. For engagement-first campaigns (product launches, event promotion), filter for Strong creators with high Engagement Quality scores regardless of total follower count. For cost-efficient awareness, Developing creators with high Authenticity scores often deliver better CPM than over-priced Macro creators.
09 · Getting the Best from Creators

A good brief produces good content. Rawshi's brief form is designed to capture everything.

The single biggest driver of campaign failure in creator marketing is an incomplete brief. Creators produce what they're told to produce — and if they're not told clearly, they guess. Rawshi's structured brief form eliminates ambiguity.

Campaign Objective

Brand Awareness, Product Launch, App Install, Event Promotion, Sales / Conversion, Community Growth, Content Creation, or Other. Sets the tone for how the creator approaches the brief.

Key Message

The single most important thing the creator must communicate — max 500 characters. Forces you to distil the brief to what actually matters.

Full Campaign Brief

Open-ended brief field — talking points, tone of voice, key product features, mandatory disclosures. Min 50 characters, max 2,000.

Dos and Don'ts

Explicit inclusions and exclusions. Dos: 'Show the product being used outdoors, mention the discount code RAWSHI20.' Don'ts: 'Do not mention competitors, avoid political references.'

Reference Content

Up to 5 links to reference content — competitor campaigns, past branded content you liked, aesthetic references.

Required Platforms

Which of the creator's active platforms must the content go live on. Ensures you're not surprised by a cross-post to a platform you didn't intend.

Brand Assets

Upload logos, product photos, brand guidelines, and any creative assets the creator needs. All files stored securely throughout the booking.

Preferred Delivery Date

Optional. If not specified, the creator's stated delivery window applies from the date of booking.

Brief templates
Save campaign brief templates in your Rawshi dashboard. If you run seasonal campaigns — Ramadan, Eid, back-to-school, National Day — save a template for each. Fill in the creator-specific details and you're done in minutes, not hours.
AI-Assisted Brief Builder

From blank page to professional brief — in a structured conversation.

Writing a campaign brief that produces great creator content is harder than it looks. Most businesses either write too little — leaving the creator guessing — or write too much in the wrong format. The Rawshi AI Brief Builder solves this — guiding you through your campaign objectives, extracting the key message, structuring your requirements, and producing a complete, professionally formatted campaign brief.

Clarity check

If your key message is vague, the AI flags it and asks a clarifying question. It will not let you submit a brief with an empty or unresolvable key message.

Gap detection

Based on your campaign objective, the AI checks whether your brief is missing information that creators commonly need — and prompts you to add it.

Tone calibration

The AI reads your product description and target audience and suggests a tone if you haven't specified one. You can accept or override.

Arabic and English output

The completed brief is generated in both languages simultaneously. The Arabic version is written as a native Arabic-language brief — not a mechanical translation.

10 · Campaign Management

11 · How Rawshi Compares

Self-serve, MENA-native, escrow-protected — no other platform offers all three.

An honest comparison of the options currently available for MENA businesses running creator campaigns:

The closest global comparables — Collabstr and Passionfroot — have thin creator pools in MENA, no Arabic UI, no understanding of regional platform behaviour (Snapchat dominance in KSA, Egyptian TikTok trends, Gulf LinkedIn adoption), and no regional payment infrastructure. They are Western products that technically work globally.

Rawshi is built from the ground up for this region. Arabic is the primary language. MENA creators are the primary supply. Regional payment methods are built in. The product roadmap is driven by MENA market dynamics.

12 · Pricing

What you see is what you pay. Rawshi's 8% comes out of the creator's side.

Businesses pay the creator's listed package rate — nothing more. No platform fee added at checkout, no markup, no surprise line items. Rawshi takes its 8% out of the creator payout, so the rate on the profile is the rate on your invoice.

Rates are set entirely by creators — these are illustrative examples based on mid-tier MENA creator market rates. Actual rates vary by creator, niche, and engagement level. As a business, you pay the listed rate in full; Rawshi's 8% is deducted from the creator's payout, never added to yours.

13 · The Job Board

Post a campaign brief. Let creators come to you.

In addition to browsing and booking creators directly, Rawshi has a job board — a space where you post a paid campaign brief and creators bid to win the work.

The job board is useful when
  • You have a campaign in mind but haven't identified the right creator yet
  • You want to see who puts themselves forward — the bid itself tells you something about the creator's enthusiasm for your brand
  • You're open to discovering creators outside the niches you'd normally search
  • You have a tight timeline and want to run a fast open process
How to post a job
  1. 01Write your campaign brief — objective, deliverables, platform, budget range, and timeline
  2. 02Post to the job board — any verified Rawshi creator can see and bid on it
  3. 03Review bids as they come in — each bid shows the creator's profile, their Rawshi Score, their proposed rate, and their pitch
  4. 04Award the job to your chosen creator — converts directly into a standard Rawshi booking with escrow, brief, and all protections in place

The budget range you post is visible to creators — being realistic about budget attracts better bids. Undercutting on the job board tends to attract creators who are underpriced for a reason.

Job board vs direct booking
Use the job board for discovery and open briefs. Use direct booking when you've identified a specific creator whose profile, audience, and rates already match your campaign. Both methods result in the same booking structure — escrow-protected, brief-documented, delivery-tracked.
14 · Getting the Most from Rawshi

Ten things that separate a good campaign from a great one.

01

Book Micro creators for conversion, Macro creators for awareness.

A Micro creator with 50K followers and 6% engagement will often outperform a Macro creator with 500K followers and 0.8% engagement for product sales and app installs. Use the engagement filter — not just the follower count filter.

02

Write your Do's and Don'ts before you write anything else.

The most common brief failure is listing what you want without specifying what you don't want. Creators aren't mind readers. A clear Don'ts section prevents the revision cycle.

03

Use reference links — not descriptions.

'We want something aspirational and modern' means nothing. 'We want something like this' with a link to a specific campaign means everything. Use the reference content field every time.

04

Book across multiple tiers for the same campaign.

Three Micro creators often reach different audience segments than one Macro creator with the same total follower count — and their audiences trust their recommendations more.

05

Start Ramadan campaigns 6 weeks out, not 2.

The best MENA creators for Ramadan campaigns are fully booked by 4–5 weeks before Ramadan starts. If you're planning a Ramadan push, shortlist and book in January or February for a March campaign.

06

Check the Rawshi Score breakdown, not just the headline score.

A creator with a Strong overall score but a low Brand Safety sub-score might not be right for a conservative brand. A creator with a Developing overall score but an Elite Engagement Quality score might be exactly right for a conversion campaign.

07

Watch the intro video before booking.

The intro video tells you more about a creator's personality, delivery style, and energy than any stat on their profile. A creator who speaks confidently and warmly on camera is likely to perform better in a sponsored context.

08

Use the AI matching tool for unfamiliar categories.

If you're launching a product category you haven't marketed before — or entering a new MENA market — let the AI matching engine analyze your brand and recommend the right creators.

09

Re-book creators who performed well.

Audience familiarity compounds. A creator who promoted your brand once and their audience responded positively will perform better the second time — because followers already have context.

10

Rate every creator after every booking.

Your rating contributes to the creator's public profile and helps other businesses make better decisions. The review ecosystem only functions if businesses participate in it.

4

Have ready before you start
Your company name and website. A general sense of which creator categories you want to target or a website URL if you want the AI to decide. A first campaign in mind — even a rough idea of platform, budget range, and campaign objective is enough to start browsing meaningfully.
